Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of ChainLink by AJ, a Shopify app provided by 6564453 Canada Inc. (operating as ChainLink by AJ) (“we”). By installing the app you agree to them.
The service
ChainLink calculates chain prices from the market price of the metal you choose (gold, silver or platinum) and the karat or purity, weights, labour and margin you enter, and writes those prices and variants to the products you select in your Shopify store.
Your responsibility for prices
You set the weights, labour and margin, and you are responsible for the prices shown in your store. Metal prices come from third-party market data and may be delayed or briefly unavailable. Review your prices before selling. We are not liable for losses caused by incorrect inputs, market data errors or delays.
Plans and billing
Plans are billed every 30 days in US dollars through Shopify, on your Shopify invoice: Starter (up to 20 chain models), Growth (up to 50) and Unlimited. A free trial may apply. You can change or cancel your plan at any time from the app; cancelling stops future charges. Charges already billed are not refunded except where required by law.
Acceptable use
Don’t misuse the app, try to access other merchants’ data, or interfere with its operation.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the app available but don’t guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update the app and these terms; we’ll tell you about important changes in the app or by email.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
