No spreadsheets, no repricing chains one by one when the metal market moves. Fill in the chain once and ChainLink does the rest inside your Shopify admin.

Describe the chain

Add your photos, pick the style and construction, the metal (gold karat, silver 925 or platinum) and colours, then the widths you carry with one weight each, your labour per gram and margin. ChainLink writes the title and description for you.

Mark what's in stock

Every length from 16″ to 30″ is created in every width and colour. Tap the ones on your shelf and enter their exact weight. The rest become made to order.

Prices update from the gold, silver and platinum markets every day. Your customer sees the right price, weight and delivery time for every length.

Every chain re-prices from the live gold, silver or platinum market each morning, using its own metal, labour and margin. You keep control of every number.

One weight per width, every length

Add the widths you carry, from 1mm to 15mm, with one weight each. ChainLink works out every length per inch. For pieces in stock, type the exact weight and that piece is priced on it.

Photos, title and description in one place

Upload as many photos as you like and create the product right from ChainLink. A clean title and a professional description are written for you from the metal, style and widths. Keep them or make them yours.

Every chain style, plus yours

Rope, Cuban, Miami Cuban, Franco, Figaro, Box, Byzantine, Tennis and more, with solid, hollow, semi-solid and diamond-cut construction. Make a style that isn't listed? Add it once and it's saved.

Where do the metal prices come from?

From a precious-metals market feed for gold, silver and platinum. Prices refresh every day, and you can see the exact price used on each chain.

Which metals are supported?

10K, 14K and 18K gold (yellow, white and rose), sterling silver 925 and platinum 950. Each is priced from its own live market.

What counts as a model?

One chain style is one model, for example "10K Solid Rope Chain". All its lengths, widths and colours are included and count once. A hollow rope would be a second model.

What if I go over my plan?

You'll see how many models you're using, like 18 of 20. Adding one more asks you to upgrade, in one click through Shopify. Downgrading never deletes anything; you choose which models keep daily re-pricing.

Can I add photos and descriptions from ChainLink?

Yes. Create a new chain product right inside ChainLink: upload as many photos as you want, and a title and description are suggested from the metal, style and widths. Edit them freely, or link a product you already have instead.

What if my chain style isn't in the list?

Pick “Add new style”, type its name, and it's saved for all your future chains.

Can each chain have its own labour and margin?

Yes. Every chain keeps its own labour per gram and margin. New chains start with your defaults, which you set once.

What if I know the real weight of a length?

Type it into that length. ChainLink uses your exact weight there and the per-inch estimate everywhere else.

Will it change my checkout?

No. Each length is a normal Shopify variant with a normal price. Checkout, discounts, taxes and Shopify POS work exactly as they do today.

Does it work with my theme?

It adds a block you place from the theme editor, on any Online Store 2.0 theme. Uninstalling removes it cleanly.

What happens to my products if I cancel?

Your products, lengths and last prices stay exactly as they are. Only the daily re-pricing stops.
